Capital City Masterplan, India | 2008

As India’s most expensive land deal at the time, this feasibility study for a 700,000m2 commercial development comprised a series of office towers around a grand public park, including several business hotels and retail opportunities. Sited on the outskirts of Dehli, the 90 acre plot of land was at the beginning of the Greater Noida expressway which leads to the new Budh Formula One race course and the Jamuna expressway to Agra.
